Job Description:

1. According to the market demand and the company's overall development plan, formulate and implement the company's product business policy and strategy, formulate and complete the company's annual product Marketing plan, and complete the company's annual plan;

2. Develop personal and team sales plans and business expansion plans based on the company's business development and market characteristics;

3. Responsible for maintaining regional customer relationships, identifying new customers, organizing sales strategies, and achieving market share and sales targets in the region;

4. Establish smooth customer communication channels, lead customer business negotiations and transactions, implement customer payment collection, and create long-term, good, and stable regional customer relationships;

5. Ensure the achievement of sales performance and the reasonable allocation and control of sales expenses;

6. Develop a performance evaluation system that can coordinate internal and external resources;

7. Responsible for building the sales team and providing comprehensive training for the sales team

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the home building materials industry;

2. Has strong pioneering ability and good communication and negotiation skills;

3. Good teamwork spirit, excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, and strong problem-solving skills; 4. Strong work initiative, agile thinking, strong learning and innovation abilities;

5. Having good written and oral communication skills, able to give public speeches and organize training;

6. Strong sense of work responsibility, clear goals, and strong ability to withstand pressure;

7. Able to adapt to short-term business trips.
