Job Description:

1. Participate in the formulation of the company's marketing strategy, execute the company's marketing strategy, and plan for regional market development;

2. Insight into the surrounding environment, formulate the responsible regional Marketing plan, break down the sales target, timely grasp the performance completion, timely adjust the sales strategy, monitor and analyze the relevant business performance data (retail collection rate, receivable collection rate, etc.), so as to adjust the business strategy and lead the team to complete the sales task more efficiently;

3. Familiar with sales methods such as group buying and cross industry cooperation, as well as sales resources;

Job requirements:

1. Have some experience in sales management of home building materials;

2. Familiar with the management mode and operation process of retail, with strong terminal sales management (direct sales) ability;

3. Strong leadership skills and talents in team management, proficient in using various incentive measures;

4. Careful and rigorous work, good Interpersonal communication and coordination ability, negotiation ability, planning and execution ability;
