Procurement Manager

Job Description:

1. Prepare procurement plan according to the project Marketing plan and construction plan, and supervise the implementation.

2. Develop principles for goods procurement and supervise their implementation.

3. Execute purchase orders and contracts, and implement specific procurement processes;

4. Responsible for making, confirming, arranging shipment, and tracking the arrival date of purchase orders;

5. Monitor the status of warehousing and logistics, and control unreasonable material procurement and consumption.

6. Implement and improve cost reduction and control plans;

7. Develop, review, manage suppliers, and maintain relationships with them;

8. Regularly submit procurement analysis and summary reports;

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;

2. Familiar with international business procurement processes, good communication and negotiation skills, quick learning ability, and management and coordination ability;

3. Careful and conscientious work, strong sense of responsibility, strong self-discipline, independent work and ability to withstand pressure;

4. Quick thinking and strong teamwork spirit.

5. Having good professional ethics and literacy, able to withstand certain work pressure.
