Job Description:

1. Responsible for operational control and team management of the international business department;

2. Responsible for achieving the performance and profit targets of the international business department, and developing socialized businesses;

3. Responsible for establishing an international logistics freight forwarding operation system, effectively integrating upstream and downstream resources within and outside the group;

4. Coordinate with freight forwarding companies, responsible for the company's import customs affairs, as well as tracking and coordinating the arrival logistics of goods;

5. Responsible for the supplier management system, optimizing and improving supplier management;

6. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:

1. Experience in freight forwarding and background in a shipping company is preferred;

2. College degree or above, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;

3. At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding and international logistics import and export operations and team management;

4. At least 3 years of experience in international business development and project management;

5. Having a global perspective, strong pressure resistance, high sense of responsibility, and a good sense of teamwork.
