Personnel Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Responsible for recruiting company personnel.

2. Take charge of internal talent inventory and establishment of Talent management system.

3. Responsible for building the company's recruitment system.

4. Responsible for handling various employee relationship affairs: handling employee onboarding, resignation, transfer, promotion, salary increase, and other interviews.

5. Responsible for signing, renewing, changing, terminating/terminating labor contracts, and participating in negotiations to terminate labor contracts.

6. Handling various labor disputes, employee violations, dismissal, and other labor relations matters,

7. Establish communication channels for employees, construct employee care methods, and help employees answer relevant questions such as labor laws, policies, and personnel management systems.

8. Other personnel and administrative tasks assigned by the leadership.

Job requirements:

1. Familiar with relevant national labor and personnel policies and regulations, and familiar with modern enterprise human resource management practices.

2. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least three years of experience in personnel and administrative work.

3. Has good written and oral expression skills, strong affinity and service awareness, and strong communication and comprehension skills.

4. Familiar with relevant laws and regulations in labor relations negotiations, with good negotiation and communication skills.
