1. Return Policy

This policy applies to all KIHOME flooring products, including steel frame floors, solid wood floors, laminate floors, and other floor-related products.

Eligibility for Returns

· Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled, uncut, and undamaged items in original packaging.

· Returns due to product quality issues (cracking, deformation, color difference, etc.) require photos or videos as proof.

· Custom-made products, cut products, and installed floors are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.

Return Process

1. Contact customer service to submit a return request with your order number.

2. Our team will review and provide a return address within 24 hours.

3. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees for non-quality returns; KIHOME covers shipping for quality-related returns.

4. Once the returned goods are inspected and accepted, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.


2. Refund Policy

· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

· Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval, depending on the payment platform.

· Partial refunds may be offered for minor defects that do not affect normal use.

· Shipping fees and service charges may be deducted for non-quality returns.


3. Order Cancellation Policy

· Orders not yet shipped can be canceled for a full refund.

· Orders already shipped can be canceled before delivery, but round-trip shipping costs will be deducted.

· Custom or pre-sale orders cannot be canceled after 72 hours of payment as production has started.


4. Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute regarding your order or product, please contact us first. We will respond and resolve issues within 3 working days.If a dispute is filed through Stripe, KIHOME will provide valid evidence and cooperate with Stripe’s final decision.


5. Legal & Compliance

All KIHOME products comply with relevant product quality and environmental standards.We do not ship to countries or regions under international sanctions. Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and clearance procedures in their destination country.


6. Terms of Promotions

· Promotions are valid only during the stated period.

· Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.

· Promotional items are generally not eligible for return unless quality issues exist.

· KIHOME reserves the right to adjust or terminate promotions at its discretion in compliance with applicable laws.
